ORDERS
Purchasing
On-line purchase of the website may be made by residents of the US / Canada only, for delivery to clients within US / Canada. We are unable to deliver on-line purchases to other places at this time.

Product Availability
Samuel Dong products available for purchase on-line are subject to availability. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing and Payment Options
Prices displayed on the our website are quoted in US dollars / CA dollars.
SAMUEL DONG  accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your credit card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit the order.

Order cancelation
You may be able to cancel the order as long as the order status is in process. If order status is ‘shipped’, it cannot be canceled.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • All purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground. For security reasons, Samuel Dong on-line purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx Ground.
  • All orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding Holiday, before 2PM EST will begin processing 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Samuel Dong cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order was shipped. This tracking number   will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
  • Free FedEx Ground shipping for orders over $100 anywhere in the US (except AK, HI, PR) / Canada .



Undelivered Package

  • Samuel Dong is not able to reship packages that are returned to us. All undelivered packages will be processed as return. Please take this into consideration when you fill in shipping address to your order.


RETURN POLICY

  • All return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the item in order for return to be processed.
  • All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all the garment tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • All returns are for exchange only. No refund will be made. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, Samuel Dong regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.
  • All discount sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. Items designated as Final Sale are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes ALL items purchased with any discount / coupon code.
  • All Flash Sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Each customer only could do one time return / replacement per item.
  • Replacement shipping cost is a complimentary.

    Defective / Wrong Items Shipped
    All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition / wrong item shipped, please contact us immediately.

  • Upon inspection , if items seemed defective / wrong items shipped, we will replace for the same item, subject to availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If the items are not in stock we will refund back to the same form as original order payment method. Please note card refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

  • We reserve the rights to cancel any order been oversold, wrongly priced or any other similar situation.  A coupon of $20 might be issued for this kind of pure mistake. 
  • We are pleased to offer our customers a one time price adjustment on the first markdown of full price merchandise, within 14 days of the original date. When you order a full price item and in 14 days period the item on first markdown then eligible for price adjustment. The different would be place to store credit to apply for your future order.
